Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellations & Payment: • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments. • Treatment packages, promotional offers, gift cards, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Mobile Appointments: • Clients are responsible for parking fees, permits, gate access, or validations required at the appointment location. • Parking and access instructions must be provided before the therapist's arrival. Close, convenient parking near the entrance is preferred. • If equipment must be carried upstairs, client assistance may be required. • Appointments outside our standard Los Angeles service area may be subject to a travel fee, confirmed before booking. • Clients must provide a clean, safe, and open treatment area before arrival. Studio Appointments: • Appointments are by reservation only. • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling in. • We recommend parking in City Parking Structure 7, located across the street. Parking is $1 for the first 90 minutes. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other appointments. Health & Treatment Info: • Please arrive showered with clean skin, free of heavy lotions, oils & self-tanners to ensure the most effective and hygienic treatment. • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and updating their therapist of any changes before treatment. • Soma Flow services support wellness, recovery, and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. • Results from lymphatic drainage, body sculpting other treatments vary based on medical history, lifestyle, hydration, consistency of treatments, and aftercare. Specific results are not guaranteed. Respect & Safety: • Soma Flow maintains a professional, respectful environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or conduct that compromises safety or professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. • Soma Flow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to protect the safety and well-being of clients and therapists
