Service Policy
Booking, Cancellations & Payment:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments.
• Treatment packages, promotional offers, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Studio Appointments:
• Appointments are by reservation only.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling in before your treatment.
• We recommend parking in City Parking Structure 7, conveniently located across the street. Parking is $1 for the first 90 minutes.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.
• Please arrive showered and with clean skin, free of heavy lotions, oils, perfumes, or self-tanners whenever possible. This helps ensure the most effective and hygienic treatment experience.
Mobile Appointments:
• Clients are responsible for any parking fees, validations, permits, or gate access required at the appointment location.
• Parking and access instructions must be provided before the therapist's arrival. Close, convenient parking near the entrance is appreciated and preferred.
• If equipment must be carried upstairs, client assistance may be required.
• Appointments outside our standard Los Angeles service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be confirmed before booking.
• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and open treatment area before arrival.
Appointment Timing:
• Mobile appointments require approximately 5–10 minutes for setup and breakdown. Session time refers to hands-on treatment and begins once setup is complete.
• Delays caused by an unprepared treatment area or late client arrival may reduce treatment time. If the therapist arrives late or is behind on schedule, you will still receive your full scheduled treatment whenever possible.
• Additional treatment time may be available for an additional fee, subject to scheduling.
Health & Treatment Information:
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information on their intake forms and informing their therapist of any changes before treatment.
• Soma Flow services are intended to support wellness, recovery, and relaxation and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
• Individual results from lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, radio frequency, cavitation, and other wellness treatments vary based on factors including medical history, lifestyle, hydration, consistency of treatments, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Respect & Safety:
• All clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, inappropriate comments, sexual remarks or any behavior that makes the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or immediately end any session if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised. In these cases, the full service fee will still apply.
• Inappropriate conduct may result in refusal of future services.
These policies help ensure safe, professional, and high-quality wellness services for all clients of Soma Flow.
