Booking Policy 

Respect & Safety:

• All clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, inappropriate comments, sexual remarks or any behavior that makes the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or immediately end any session if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised. In these cases, the full service fee will still apply.

• Inappropriate conduct may result in refusal of future services.

 

Booking, Cancellations & Payment:

• A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or location changes made within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

• Payment is due at the completion of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

• Package sessions and promotional rates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

 

Parking & Appointment Location:

• Clients are responsible for parking fees, permits, validations, or parking passes required for access to the appointment location.

• Parking and access instructions must be provided before the therapist arrives.

• Convenient parking should be available near the entrance whenever possible.

• If equipment must be carried upstairs or long distances, client assistance may be required during setup.

•Mobile appointments outside of our standard Los Angeles service area may require an additional travel fee depending on distance and travel time. Applicable fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

 

Setup & Session Timing:

• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and cleared treatment area before arrival.

• Appointments require approximately 5–10 minutes for setup and breakdown.

•Appointment time begins once setup is completed.

• Delays caused by an unprepared treatment area may reduce session time.

• Late client arrivals will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other appointments. If the therapist arrives late, the client will still receive their full session time.

• Additional treatment time may be accommodated based on schedule availability and may incur additional fees.

 

Equipment & Amenities Provided

Depending on the booked service, sessions may include:

• Massage table or chair 

• Fresh linens and sanitizing materials

• Complimentary aromatherapy

• Spa music

• Pregnancy bolsters and support cushions

• Cupping tools, hot stones, or body sculpting equipment
