Soma Flow is a luxury wellness brand specializing in lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, post-operative recovery, and restorative bodywork designed to help clients feel lighter, sculpted, restored, and deeply connected to their bodies.

The name “Soma” represents the living, sensing body, while “Flow” reflects the body’s natural rhythms—lymphatic movement, circulation, breath, fascia, recovery, and restoration.

Every Soma Flow treatment is designed to support both physical results and nervous system regulation through intentional, personalized care. Sessions blend advanced bodywork techniques with a calming luxury experience to help clients reduce inflammation, improve recovery, release tension, and restore balance within the body.

Meet The Owner

 Simone 

I began my bodywork career in 2023 after traveling abroad and experiencing the transformative power of wellness practices and therapeutic bodywork across different healing cultures.

I studied Massage Therapy at the Elaine Sterling Institute in Georgia, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy-based therapeutic massage and recovery-focused care. I later completed advanced 100 hour lymphatic drainage training specializing in fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, recovery support, and body contouring treatments.

To further deepen my approach to movement and body restoration, I studied Traditional Thai stretch therapy in Thailand, incorporating assisted stretching, mobility work, breath awareness, and mindful touch into my treatments.

My background includes:

  • injury recovery support

  • working alongside chiropractors

  • sports recovery care

  • luxury spa environments

  • personalized wellness treatments

These experiences shaped Soma Flow Studios into a space that blends therapeutic knowledge with elevated wellness, intentional care, and luxury client experience.

In 2024, I founded Soma Flow Studios to create a modern wellness experience centered around recovery, sculpting, relaxation, and body restoration.

Every session is customized, un-rushed, and designed around what your body needs that day.
