Service Description
Soma Flow Studios delivers high-end, concierge massage directly to corporate events, sports teams, wellness days, and private gatherings throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties. My network of licensed massage and wellness practitioners provides tailored treatments—including chair and table massage, on-site stretch sessions, and spa party packages with optional curated décor, holistic wellness gift bags, and healthy beverage offerings. I've partnered with Salesforce, Lululemon-sponsored Race Marathons, luxury women’s wellness retreats, tech software startups, the Atlanta Braves, and more—creating customized, recovery-focused wellness experiences for individuals and teams. *Booking: Single or team experiences available; 2.5 hour minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Respect & Safety • All clients are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment or any behavior that makes me feel unsafe is not tolerated and all services will be suspended. • I reserve the right to end a session and charge the full service fee if we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Booking & Payment • A valid card is required to book. • Parking or access issues (gates, elevators, stairs, long distances, etc.) must be communicated in advance, as they may affect setup time. • 12-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. • No-shows or last-minute changes (under 5 hours) are 30% of the service total. • Once travel has begun, cancellations or address changes are charged in full + additional travel fees will apply • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. Parking & Location • Parking must be available directly outside the home, in the driveway, or near the entrance of an underground carpark. • Sessions are carried out within 100 feet of entrance level. If stairs are involved, assistance and a $10 fee will apply. • Client is responsible for any parking fees that may occur Set up/ hands on time • Clients must ensure a safe, clear space for equipment setup before the therapist’s arrival. • Each appointment includes a 5-10 minute setup and breakdown period, depending on the service type and equipment required. • Setup includes: setting up the table or Thai mat, pregnancy pillows for prenatal massage , warming up table (if applicable), sanitization, and preparing tools. • If proper space isn't prepared before therapist arrives, that may cut into hands-on time • Hands-on time begins once the equipment has been set up. • If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. • Requests for extended hands-on time may be accommodated if the schedule allows Equipment Provided Soma Flow Studios provides professional-grade equipment including: • Massage Table, Chair or Thai mat • Clean linens and sanitizing materials • Complementary aromatherapy • Spa music played on mobile device • Bolsters and support cushions for pregnancy massage • Cupping tools, stretch straps, hot stones, or body-sculpting tools (if included in the booked service) These policies ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality massage services for all clients, whether for recovery, performance, or special events. Your cooperation ensures each session is smooth, effective, and enjoyable.
